The accounting of an HOA is a major responsibility for both the property manager and the Board of Directors.  I can provide independent and transparent accounting services that will give your Board of Directors and homeowners confidence in the financial accuracy of their HOA.

  • Funding of reserve accounts.

  • Audits, reviews or agreed upon procedures.
